Multi-Disciplinary RTO Qualification and Requirements

01.   Possess a minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from relevant local Polytechnics, its equivalent or institutions acceptable by S.O. and Consultants.

02.   Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/ IES/ ACES with no active supervision duties on other construction projects.

03.   Minimum5 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural site supervision, especially for A&A and repair work projects, including witness testing& commissioning, supervision of works including rectification of defects throughout the entire project.

04.   Strong understanding in C&S, M&E and Architectural relevant by-laws, codes and statutory requirements.

05.   Able to read and interpret drawings, inspect materials, site administration and monitor site activities/ progress

06.   Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident   

Multi-Disciplinary RTO Duties and Responsibilities

Site Supervision:

01.  Monitoring, supervising and inspecting construction activities to ensure:

a.      Adherence to schedule, approved drawings, specifications and works as instructed by S.O. and/ or Respective Project Consultants [i.e. C&S/M&E/Architecture Managing Director/Partner/Associate/Engineers and/or Architect-in-Charge].

b.      Works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.

02.  To provide standing supervision as and when directed by S.O. and/ or Respective Project Consultants.

03.  To check Builder’s setting out or service routes on site adhere to latest authority approved plans, specifications and regulations. To report any deviation to S.O. and/ or Respective Project Consultants.

04.  Prepare list of defects, monitor and ensure that all defects are satisfactorily rectified during the contract period and prior to project handing over to the Client.

05.  Ensure that all temporary works (e.g., formwork, falsework, scaffolding, excavation supports) are safe and erected according to contractor’s PE endorsed drawing.

06.  Ensure that all structural works are carried out safely, in compliance with BCA, MOM and WSH requirements, and report unsafe practices.

07.  Supervise the timely execution of Mechanical &Electrical works, maintain quality control and ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.

08.  Monitor and report on contractor's performance, progress against planned schedule and provide weekly progress reports.

09.  Check mock-ups done on site, where necessary.

10.  Carry out coordination of services with assistance from the Contractor’s project supervisors/coordinators.

11.   Coordinate with Employer, User Group(s), Contractors and Consultants.

Quality Control:

01.  Ensure referencing to the latest drawing and specification. To check all drawings, specifications and bills of quantities received for any discrepancies, non-conformance/ irregularities and to report to S.O. and/ or Respective Project Consultants, including QS.

02.  Inspecting materials and workmanship to maintain project quality standards.

Documentation:

01.  Ensure that all installation work is carried out with proper approval from the Employer and relevant authorities and to keep records.

02.  Verify and maintain accurate and/ or updated records of site activities, manpower, weather, progress, issues, reports of tests/inspections/ status of work and including variations and instructions approved by S.O. and or Respective Project Consultants.

03.  Verify all claims submitted by the Contractor.

04.  To attend site, progress, technical, variation and coordination meetings and to keep proper minutes of these meetings.

05.  At the end of the project, all drawings, specifications, records, photos and other documents/ information under his/ her charge or reference must be returned to Client for disposal.

Compliance:

01.  Ensuring that construction works comply with the Building Control Act, latest Relevant Codes, Regulations and Standards acceptable by Relevant Authorities, Statutory Requirements, Contract Documents and Site Instructions.

02.  Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Builder and/ or Sub-Contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, design, specifications, statutory regulations and requirements including handover of premises [in Phases and Overall completion].

Stakeholder Liaison:

01.  Adhere to other security measures that is required by Client and Operator eg. Signing of non-disclosure document, not making extra site drawings/ specifications and/ or remove them off site.

02.  Communicating with Project Owner, User Group(s), S.O., Project Consultants and Builder to facilitate smooth project execution.

03.  To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by S.O. and/ or Respective Project Consultants.

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Solution Architect to help design and build a high-throughput, regulated payments platform supporting fiat and crypto flows. This is a hands-on technical role working closely with engineering, product, compliance, and operations to deliver reliable, scalable systems in a complex multi-service environment. You'll contribute to architecture decisions and also be able to dive into code, infrastructure, and operational debugging when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a distributed payments architecture supporting: pay-in / pay-out flows, conversions, settlement, reconciliation; crypto wallet / blockchain-related components and workflows; integrations with external payment partners and banking rails.
• Define and maintain system architecture across multiple components: backend services, APIs, internal event flows, and data models; fault-tolerance, idempotency, retry strategies, auditability, observability.
• Drive resilient execution patterns using workflow orchestration (e.g., Temporal)
• Build and optimize distributed persistence layers (e.g., CockroachDB) with strong consistency requirements
• Operate within a Kubernetes-based platform (e.g., AWS K8s / EKS) including deployment, scaling, and runtime debugging
• Work across a polyglot backend stack, including: Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript backend services.
• Contribute to engineering practices: architecture reviews, RFCs, technical standards, mentoring; improving reliability, security, and developer velocity.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years experience in backend architecture / solution architecture / staff engineering roles.
• Strong experience in payments (PSP, acquiring, remittance, settlement, reconciliation, ledgering).
• Solid exposure to crypto / digital assets (wallets, blockchain interactions, custody/security concepts).
• Proven ability to design distributed systems with strong reliability requirements.
• Hands-on engineering ability: you can read, review and contribute code effectively.
• Strong experience with: Node.js / TypeScript backend development in production, Kubernetes, CockroachDB or equivalent distributed SQL databases, Temporal or similar workflow engines (Cadence, Step Functions, etc.).
• Comfortable operating in regulated environments: audit trails, secure access, least privilege, incident response readiness.
• Strong communication: able to align stakeholders and drive decisions with clarity.

• Experience in regulated environments (MAS / EU frameworks, SOC2 / ISO 27001).

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordination Manager (PCM) to oversee the end-to-end delivery of diverse events. As the PCM, you will be the primary link between our clients and internal teams, leading a team of Production Coordinators (PCs) to maintain the high standards of execution that define XPS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Client Relations

• Act as the lead point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from the initial brief to the final close-out.

• Mentor and supervise Production Coordinators to ensure every project meets the rigorous standards of XPS.

• Direct the financial health of projects by working with PCs to formulate budgets, secure quotations, and monitor costs post-approval.

• Collaborate with Technical Managers (Audio, Video, Lighting) to ensure design and technical delivery are perfectly aligned.

• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and vendors, grounded in our core company values.

 2. Operational Excellence

• Coordinate complex logistics by managing vendor partners, venues, and internal teams in tandem with the various Department Managers.

• Mitigate project risks by ensuring PCs provide proactive on-site supervision during setup and teardown.

• Drive safety and compliance by supporting the Technical Manager in ensuring all on-ground teams follow health and safety procedures.

• Optimize workflows by reviewing and proposing improvements to the project lifecycle in collaboration with the Director.

 3. Strategic Documentation

• Maintain high documentation standards, overseeing the production of schedules, risk assessments, and method statements by the PC team.

• Support technical layouts by working with Technical Managers to produce drawings in Vectorworks or Autodesk AutoCAD as required.

• Streamline administration by ensuring all internal payment documents are prepared for timely vendor settlement.

 Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5 to 8 years in technical production with deep knowledge of at least one core discipline (Audio, Video, or Lighting).

• Education: Minimally a Diploma in a technical production discipline.

• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management platforms like Monday.com. Proficiency in Vectorworks and Autodesk AutoCAD is highly regarded.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to lead multiple projects with minimal supervision.

• Requirements: Must be comfortable working irregular hours and weekends. A Class 3 License is preferred, and a willingness to travel for overseas projects is required.

This role is to support the Design & Technology and Art teaching teams in the upkeep and management of workshops, maker spaces, and art studios, ensuring they are safe, well-organised, and equipped for creative learning. The Technician will assist in preparing materials, maintaining resources, and supporting practical lessons both within and outside the classroom. The aim is to create an inspiring, secure, and nurturing environment where students can explore creativity, develop technical skills, and enjoy hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Design & Technology

• Under the direction of the School DT and STEM Team Lead, participate fully in the preparation of student-centred learning activities and support teaching and learning where necessary

• Ensure that the environment in the Maker Spaces and DT Workshop is well-managed, properly ordered, neatly presented, and that inventory and resources are maintained

• Ensure that the equipment in the Maker spaces is kept well and utilised regularly for various projects and learning opportunities

• Supporting wood, metal, plastics, textiles, electronics and CAD/CAM projects

• Maintaining machinery, hand tools, laser cutters, 3D printers, and sewing machines

• Preparing materials for prototyping, model-making and product design

• Supporting GCSE / IGCSE / A-level style coursework and project work

• Provide training and assistance to the school DT team with regard to the equipment in the Maker Spaces.

• Liaise with teaching staff and prepare for Taster days and Open Houses, miscellaneous workshops and competitions.

Art Support

• In addition to Design & Technology, the post-holder will provide practical and technical support to the Art Department, particularly in the preparation, organisation and presentation of materials and exhibitions.

• Prepare art materials and resources for lessons, exhibitions, and student projects.

• Maintain art studios and ensure proper storage and handling of supplies (e.g., paints, canvases, digital art tools).

• Assist in setting up displays for student artwork and school exhibitions.

• Provide guidance and technical assistance for students working on art projects, including digital media.

General

• To provide any other reasonable duties delegated by the School Management.

• Work with Health and Safety and facilities teams in ensuring safety and compliance with the regulations in place for workshops and studios to be able to operate seamlessly

• Representing the Design & Technology and Art department as a member of the Health & Safety Committee.
