Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Travel Coordination
⢠Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of employment-related documents and staff records.
⢠Support monthly payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee expense claims.
⢠Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative matters via the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.
⢠Coordinate business travel arrangements for management, including flight bookings, accommodation, visa applications, and travel documentation.
⢠Liaise with travel agencies, visa agents, and external service providers to ensure smooth travel planning and compliance.
General Administration
⢠Manage day-to-day office administrative duties, including handling calls, correspondence, courier arrangements, and document filing.
⢠Maintain accurate digital and physical records while ensuring confidentiality of company information. ⢠Monitor office supplies, pantry inventory, and company assets.
⢠Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Requirements
⢠Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
⢠Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
⢠Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
⢠Keen interest in HR administration, work pass matters, travel coordination, and compliance processes.
⢠Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
⢠Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
⢠Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
