We are looking for Experienced Candidate to join us for the below position:
Sales Admin Assistant (6 month contract)
· Provide customer service and attend to phone / email enquiry as and when required
. Processing of Delivery Order, Job Order, Quotation & Coordinate with customers
. Coordinate with store on inventory
. Provide general administrative support to the sales and customer service team to update CRM system,
filing, data entry and document management
. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements :
· Min Nitec/Diploma in administration
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Must be able to multi-task with time management
· Full of initiative, committed, meticulous
· Computer literate in MS office, outlook
· Those who can start immediately will be preferred
