JOB DESCRIPTION
* Provide essential clerical and administration support to the MICE team
* Develop and carry out an efficient documental/filing system
* Manage appointments, schedules, and the division's stationery supplies
* Act as the admin point of contact between executives and clients
* Assist and execute the admin duties for events planning, coordination and operation/development
* Handle accounting-related matters, including issuance of proforma invoices, invoices, monitor incoming funds, raising payment vouchers for suppliers, and processing staff claims
* Source for marketing materials and needed instruments for events to take place properly
* Help with reservations for hotels, restaurants and related travel services
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers and clients for events/conferences
* Coordinate printing of signages and preparation of documents required for MICE operations
* Handle the executives' requests and queries appropriately
* Perform other tasks as delegated by the Department Head.
REQUIREMENTS
* Singapore citizen or PR
* Polytechnic Diploma, GCE O-Level, or ITE Higher Nitec
* Good communication skills in both oral and written English
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Excel), and mobile proficiency
* A team player who is adept at multi-tasking and able to work independently
* Some experience in administration. hospitality or tourism is an advantage.
