Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

As primary contact, this role is responsible for cultivating and driving the commercial relationship for customer accounts in their territory, having the responsibility of the revenue and business generated with his/her territory of accounts. Main Accountabilities:

• Act as the primary contact for targeted customer accounts which will deliver the 5 year ambition for revenue and growth., in a defined territory.

• Key point person to support the Telco Business Managers in sales engagements, opportunities and account development.
• Foster a closer collaboration to improve communication, responsiveness, and overall business experience with the Telco Business Managers.
• Support joint customer meetings, presentations and solution discussions as required.
• Ensure working alignment with Telco's product offerings, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in internal briefings, training sessions and business planning activities and events
   

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing / IT. 
• Experience in account management, sales support and / or business development (preferably in telecommunications or ICT).
• Good understanding of Technology business solutions (connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, UC, etc.).
