Accounting Officer

• Location: Nearby Jurong East MRT Station
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
• Salary: $4,000 – $4,500

Job Purpose

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Officer to manage full set accounting operations and support financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The role reports to the Financial Controller and plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial information for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Percentage-of-Completion (PoC) revenue recognition
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and local regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong internal controls over financial transactions and reporting accuracy
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal control processes

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (full set exposure preferred)
• Experience in project-based accounting or PoC revenue recognition is an advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently in a lean team environment

Finance Assistant (3-MonthContract – Audit Support

Location: Singapore

Salary: $3,500
Employment Type: 3-month contract (Immediate start)

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support audit activities on a 3-month contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and working knowledgeof General Ledger (GL) functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation
• Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit queries in a timely manner
• Extract and reconcile General Ledger (GL) data for audit purposes
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documents
• Support month-end closing activities where required
• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Prior experience in audit support or finance operations preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of General Ledger (GL)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate starter preferred
