About the Role

We are hiring an Operational Accounting Executive to support daily accounting operations with a high volume of transactions. This role is suitable for someone who is detail‑oriented, comfortable with structured accounting processes, and enjoys working with different business teams. You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve accounting workflows using digital tools.

Working Location: CBD, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
Employment Type: 12 months contract (Renewable and convertible based on business needs and individual performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process trade and non-trade payables and receivables within the SAP accounting system
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries against supporting documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and sales/purchase contracts
• Handle high-volume transaction processing (approximately 500–700 transactions per month) in compliance with Accounting SOPs and internal control guidelines
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with Business and Corporate divisions to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow execution
• Provide advisory support to internal PICs on accounting procedures, documentation requirements, and process-related inquiries
• Participate in digitalization initiatives and ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency, workflow automation, and accounting process optimization

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles (AP/AR experience preferred)
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Good communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to demonstrate how digital tools or AI were used to improve efficiency in previous roles
