Account Receivables:

Waste Water Treatment Executive:

This role ensures that all treated effluent meets environmental standards while maintaining safe, hygienic, and compliant operations in line with regulatory and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) on a daily basis.
• Ensure treated effluent meets local pollution control board / environmental authority standards.
• Monitor and record key parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, oil & grease.
• Handle biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes.

Machinery You’ll Work With:

The production process uses several food-processing machines to handle different products.

營運協調

客戶服務

• 透過電話、電子郵件、WhatsApp 和電子商務聊天平台處理客戶諮詢。

Tanggungjawab Utama:

Pengurusan E-Dagang

• Mengurus dan mengemas kini senarai produk di platform e-dagang (seperti Shopee, Lazada dan laman web syarikat).
• Pantau prestasi jualan dalam talian, harga, tahap stok dan kempen promosi.
• Memproses pesanan dalam talian dan menyelaras dengan pasukan operasi untuk pemenuhan tepat pada masanya.
• Menjawab pertanyaan, maklum balas dan ulasan pelanggan secara profesional.

Pemasaran

• Merancang dan melaksanakan kempen pemasaran dalam talian dan luar talian.
• Cipta kandungan pemasaran untuk media sosial, platform e-dagang dan bahan promosi.
• Menyokong aktiviti promosi untuk meningkatkan kesedaran jenama dan jualan.
• Jejaki dan analisis hasil pemasaran serta sediakan laporan mudah.

Penyelarasan Operasi

• Berhubung rapat dengan pasukan operasi bagi memastikan penghantaran barang tepat dan tepat pada masanya.
• Memantau inventori dan menyelaras penambahan stok apabila diperlukan.
• Mengendalikan dan menyelesaikan isu berkaitan pesanan dengan cekap.
