The Head of ZipZap is a senior leadership role responsible for running ZipZap's consumer and corporate subscription business end-to-end. You will own the business P&L across sales, customer experience, supply, operations, and finance: leading sales and growth, owning pricing and positioning, and making the commercial and operational decisions that move the business forward. How You Will Make An Impact

About the role:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. As our User Acquisition Manager, you will own the execution of our paid acquisition program across global markets — managing campaigns, measurement infrastructure, and experimentation. This role sits within a structured capital allocation framework - you’re expected to understand and contribute to market-level unit economics (payback windows, LTV/CAC, ROAS by market) that determines where we invest, not just how individual campaigns perform. • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms — driving efficient user growth across global markets

The Role

• Experience managing teams and overseeing commercial operations
