Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Systems Analyst to bridge between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will focus on supporting initiatives that drives operational efficiencies and design scalable, automated workflows. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and system integrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the department’s boundary systems, including the design and implementation of solutions for new initiatives and change requests. Key responsibilities and duties:
1)     Lead or co-lead system enhancement projects for boundary business systems and automation programs.

8)     Provide production support for boundary business systems supporting the Sales Operations organization.

9)     Identify trends and effective solutions for system issues to ensure system stability and improved performance.

11)  Develop financial and operational reports for stakeholders, including designing new reports and enhancing existing queries to meet business needs.

Preferred Skills:

1)     Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

2)     3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with at least 2-3 years experience on automation projects

3)     Proficiency in .Net Framework (ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic) and MS SQL Server

4)     Knowledge with RPA software such as Blue Prism, Power Automate and UIPath.
