Requirements

• 1 year of professional software engineering experience building and operating enterprise-scale software systems

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and either Golang or Java

• Production experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including vector databases, embedding pipelines, hybrid search, and retrieval optimization

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ERP / Odoo Developer Lead to join our digital transformation team. You will play a key role in customizing and developing application modules to support business operations across production, warehouse, procurement, employee cafeteria, and IoT integration.
