· Good knowledge of hardware, software, application development, IT governance and operation
· Work proactively under pressure and have handles concurrent initiatives independently
· Able to propose IT improvement for business, productivity and others
· Able to speak, read and write IT proposal, specification in order to liaise with counterparts/partners, vendors and others
· Lead and drive project within the departments in the organisation, especially on the new system implementation, enhancement, migration in process and service improvement
· Work closely with parent company to design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance including liaising with their IT team
· Work closely with our respective stakeholders, process owners to identify the project scope, project plan, coordinator deliverables, training and communication
· Engage both internal and external stakeholders on escalation and issue resolution
· Provide direction to ensure that the quality of work produced by the internal/outsourced service teams comprising both the project and operations teams meet the required standard
· Proactively identify ways to enhance work processes to achieve improved performance and translate them into plans and actions to achieve KPI on cost saving
· Provide clear guidance to team members and assist with removing productivity barriers
· Coach, mentor and develop team members for high performance and also service excellence
· Develop and maintain effective process, procedures and documentation including training materials
· Be a valuable partner to management and colleagues by providing accurate and expert advice on own area of work
· Manage IT infrastructure and troubleshooting across various branches and area through:
· Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
· Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
· Ensure IT Protocol, security and IT Contingency Plan are place in
· Perform other related duties as required
· Any other duties and responsibility as assigned by HOD
· Qualification: Minimum Degree in the field of Compiter Science/Information Technology or equivalent
· Experience: 8 years of IT work experience, preferably with track record in system development, program management and in project management in IT and IOT
· Other Certification: Certification on Service Management, Project Management and Business Intelligence preferred.
