· Report to the Project Manager

· Overall in charge of site coordination.

· Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.

· Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.

· Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.

· Maintain and manage site storage areas for building materials and equipment.

· Maintain site access throughout the construction period.

· Planning ahead to prevent the problem on-site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.

· Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.

· Control and monitor work progress and resources.

· Monitor and control material wastage.

· In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.

· Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.

· Ensure timely completion and good quality of works & carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with.

· Provide proper guidance and training to junior staff.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirement:

Proven experience as Site Manager

In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

Outstanding communications and negotiation skills

Candidate must pass at least Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent with relevant experience BSc/BA in Engineering (Civil) or Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or relevant field (Degree is recognized by BCA will be an advantage)

3 years' experience in Site Management

· Carry out project site supervision

· Assist Project Engineer on site

· Liaise and manage sub-contractors from all trades

· Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, designs, specifications and all authorities regulations.

· Daily updates of work progress to Project Manager/ Engineer

· A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead workers to perform partition and ceiling works for on-site project

· Carry out site supervision for partition and ceiling installation works.

· Do quality checks for all partition and ceiling works.

· Ordering of material for partition and ceiling installation.

· Able to understand drawings and plan for the installation works on site.

· Submission of progress claim

Requirements:

· Minimun 2 year working experience in partition and ceiling works for project

Document Control: Maintain detailed project records, contracts, permits, and progress reports.

Logistics & Procurement: Order, track, and manage site supplies, equipment, and office inventory.

HR & Payroll: Process employee timesheets, manage vacation requests, and coordinate statutory training or work passes.

Financial Administration: Verify payment claims, prepare invoices, and assist in monitoring site budgets.

Communication & Meetings: Schedule appointments, attend site meetings, take minutes, and field inquiries from clients or vendors.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure site operations comply with building codes and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities ( Lead & Head of Site Reliability Engineer | SRE Manager )

High Availability and Stability Maintenance of Application Systems:

• Includes daily monitoring, alert response, emergency handling, on-call duties, regular system health checks, and performance optimization.

Compliance and Secure Access Construction for Application Systems:

• Ensure operational design, processes, and data management comply with relevant privacy and data protection laws.
• Ensure compliance with full auditing and regulatory checks and provide auditing materials as required.

Change and Release Management:

• Best practices for application system changes, including change control, version management, and rollback strategies, while ensuring operational duties during release windows.

Automation and Infrastructure Optimization:

• Drive operational automation by designing and implementing automated tools and processes, ensuring resource allocation is optimized and supporting business scalability.

Other Operational Practices and Work Arrangements:

• Providefeedback and suggestions for business architecture design and continuously produce operational technical documentation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above; a degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in cloud services products and application operations and minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
3. Familiar with cloud platform deployment and management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
4. Experience with automation operations and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Familiarity with CI / CD processes and tools (e.g Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Implement, operate, and optimize microservices on Kubernetes-based cloud platforms.
