Role Summary and Impact

We are currently looking for a Search & Performance Sr. Manager, APAC to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and running, with excellence, the Search & Performance Hub — with primary ownership of Search (Paid + Organic/AEO-GEO), Website Performance, Analytics & Tagging, and emerging channels (Reddit, Pinterest, and similar platforms).

The Search & Performance Sr. Manager will be responsible to:

• Own the Search strategy end-to-end — Paid Search, SEO, and the emerging discipline of AEO/GEO — ensuring the brand shows up accurately and favorably across AI-driven search surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.)

About the role:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. As our User Acquisition Manager, you will own the execution of our paid acquisition program across global markets — managing campaigns, measurement infrastructure, and experimentation. • Own market-level unit economics reporting — tracking 1Y ROAS, payback period, and LTV/CAC — and translate insights into concrete optimization decisions

The Role

What you’ll do

As the Manager of Fraud Operations, you will lead a team of high-performing fraud analysts and set an inspirational vision for the broader Fraud Operations organization. You will be responsible for driving the execution of short and long-term initiatives to futureproof the organization, ensuring it is well-equipped to scale and adapt to Stripe's highly complex and evolving fraud landscape.
