• Develop evaluation methods to measure AI output quality and alignment with human judgement
• Analyse results and create dashboards or reporting tools to track AI performance and workflow efficiency
• Implement secure deployment and cloud best practices, including secrets management and cost monitoring
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and design automation or AI-driven improvements
• Document system architecture, automation logic, and AI evaluation frameworks to support scalability and deployment
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to refine systems based onuser behaviour and operational feedback
