Key Responsibilities

• Analyse user and business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications and system solutions
• Design and document system architectures, including API integration flows, data models, and interaction diagrams
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with functional and technical requirements
• Define and validate API contracts, request/response structures, and system integration logic across platforms
• Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including sprint planning, design discussions, testing, and deployment activities
• Perform system validation and testing, ensuring developed solutions meet design specifications and business requirements
• Identify and resolve system design gaps, edge cases, and integration issues early in the development cycle
• Support release and change processes, including impact analysis, documentation, and coordination of system updates
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency in documentation, test scenario generation, and solution validation

Job Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3–6 years of experience in software development, system analysis, or technical delivery roles
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery practices
• Experience working with APIs, including defining integration logic and understanding request/response structures
• Proven experience in system design and technical documentation (e.g. system flows, data flows, integration diagrams)
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on solution design and implementation
• Hands-on involvement in testing, validation, or system delivery activities
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or workflows (e.g. GenAI, automation tools)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into system-level solutions

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated environments
• Exposure to modern software architectures or integration patterns
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar SDLC collaboration platforms
• Basic exposure to programming, scripting, or data handling (e.g. SQL, Python)

REQUIREMENTS:

-         6 years' post graduate experience working with Personal computers or compatibles;

-         6 years' post graduate experience using MS OS such as Windows 11 or higher and Microsoft Outlook;

-         Able to conduct unit, module, functional and volume testing; to analyze test results and to take corrective action.

a) Must have at at least 6 year post graduate hands-on experience in Lotus Domino Administration set up and maintenance;

b) Must have at least 6 year hands-on experience in setting up Windows OS and server;

c) Must have at least 6 year hands-on experience in setting up Linux OS and server;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Manage and Support of Domino Servers

i. Support and troubleshoot mail and server issues, such as mail routing, mail agents and other mail server related issues;

ii. Support users’ requests for creation of databases, replications, messaging (mail, SMS, Page) requests; and other similar Domino’s service requests;

iii. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the Domino servers to ensure availability of the services to users;

iv. Assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies to enhance or improve the integrated office systems infrastructure;

v. Assist in the provisions of statistics on Domino servers availability and other server related statistics and update of mail virus pattern files

vi. Coordinate with Project Teams in the analysis, presentation and management of IT operations date and statistics

B. Manage and Support of SharePoint Infrastructure (Preferably)

i. Setup and customise of several SharePoint Farm comprising of Webfront, Application and SQL servers;

ii. Support and troubleshoot of SharePoint Farm issues;

iii. Provision and support of users’ requests for creation of new web applications, site collections and related day-day SharePoint service requests;

iv. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the SharePoint farm servers to ensure availability of the services to users;

v. Assist in the risk management evaluation of new SharePoint version for future SharePoint upgrade plans;

vi. Assist in the provisions of statistics on SharePoint servers’ availability

vii. Coordinate with Project Teams in the analysis, presentation and management of IT operations date and statistics

C. Manage and Support of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) (Preferably)

i. Setup and customise VDI clients running on VMWare’s environment;

ii. Support and troubleshoot of VMWare Horizon View Connection Server and VDI clients’ issues;

iii. Provision and support of users’ requests for creation of new VDI clients’ requests;

iv. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the VDI environment to ensure availability of the services to users

REQUIREMENTS:

-         6 years' post graduate experience working with Personal computers or compatibles;

-         6 years' post graduate experience using MS OS such as Windows 11 or higher and Microsoft Outlook;

-         Able to conduct unit, module, functional and volume testing; to analyze test results and to take corrective action.

a) Must have at least 6 years’ experience in developing BI and analytical solutions using SAS Visual Analytics or Tableau or others

b) Preferably have at least 6years’ experience in SQL programming, data mining, data warehouse, BI data modelling ie worked with fact tables, start schema design, operational DataStore (ODA) and other data warehouse concepts

c) Experience in Tableau, R, SAS or Python programming language will be advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Programmers shall be required to:

i. Code, modify, test, correct and document new and existing programs using assigned languages, tools and coding conventions;

ii. Prepare and document test data;

iii. Prepare and set up testing and production environment;

iv. Prepare and maintain program and system documentation;

v. Assist in establishing file structures and processing logic requirements;

vi. Produce deliverables according to group standards and procedures;

vii. Assist Project Leaders in the study and design of application systems and work coordination, project management and user training work;

viii. Troubleshooting and supporting end-users in the implementation and maintenance of application systems;

ix. Train other contract programmers in the relevant skills;

x. Participate in Disaster Recovery activities eg simulation exercise at Disaster Recovery sites;

Job scope:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DACE Course Developer with strong technical knowledge to design, develop, and implement quality courses for adult learners. This role also involves assisting with the preparation and submission of all necessary documents to obtain SSG funding. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum development, and a solid understanding of the SSG funding requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development:

• Design and develop high-quality training programs and courses based on adult learning principles and aligned with the DACE framework.
• Develop course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia content, to meet the needs of diverse adult learners.
• Conduct needs analysis and evaluate existing courses to ensure alignment with current industry standards and SSG funding requirements.

SSG Funding Compliance:

• Prepare and submit all necessary documents and applications for SSG funding, ensuring compliance with SSG requirements and guidelines.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Stay updated with changes in SSG funding policies, regulations, and guidelines to ensure continued eligibility for funding.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all course content meets the required quality standards and is in compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation bodies.
• Regularly review and update course materials based on feedback, industry trends, and changes in regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers to enhance course content and delivery.
• Provide technical support and training to facilitators to ensure effective delivery of courses.

Technical Knowledge Application:

• Utilize technical skills to develop e-learning content and implement learning management systems (LMS).
• Leverage data analytics to track course effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent qualification.
