• Supervise food and operational safety to ensure a comfortable environment for restaurant patrons
• Drive operational efficiencies across outlet by providing operational leadership in support of the organization’s service culture and maximize customer satisfaction
• Establish operational procedures and standards to ensure service quality and ensure full compliance to the organisation’s SOPs, policies and service standards
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations, investigating complaints, and initiating corrective actions
• Manage supervise and groom a team of area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors and service staff to ensure maximum utilization of manpower allocated
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the General Manager, Operations from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate planning and business development activities, including the coordination and follow-up of strategic projects.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor monitoring to support business planning and reporting.
• Prepare regular business performance reports, operational updates, and management presentations.
• Support investment and business evaluation projects, including data collection, basic financial analysis, and feasibility assessments.
• Assist in identifying potential business and investment opportunities.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of business processes.
• Assist in implementing internal control, risk management, and compliance-related procedures.
• Coordinate project reviews, meetings, and follow-up actions to support operational effectiveness.
• Support vendor and business partner management activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, investment, consulting, or corporate management.

• Strong strategic thinking, business analysis, and operational management capabilities.

• Familiarity with corporate operations, investment analysis, and project management processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with the Group Headquarters in China and external stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in large corporations, consulting firms, multinational companies, or international business environments will be an advantage.
