We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Platform Project and Process Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving efficient project execution.
· Collaborate with stakeholders tounderst and project and process requirements, translating them into ServiceNow platform solutions.
· Analyze and document existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
· Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and configurations to streamline project and process execution.
· Work closely with project teams to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform for project management and tracking.
· Provide expertise in ServiceNow capabilities to support and enhance various business processes.
· Conduct process gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance workflow efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organization.
·Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on new or updated processes within the ServiceNow platform. Assist in the implementation of best practices for project and process management within the ServiceNow environment. Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates.
·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (X years) as a Projector Process Analyst, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
· 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
· Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
· Experience in configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms.
· Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management principles and best practices.
· Customize and configure ServiceNow applications based on business needs.
· Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and reports.
· Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow implementations.
