KTSB telah diperbadankan pada 5 April 1997 dan kami telah menggaji lebih daripada 160 pekerja untuk mengurus dan mengendalikan 42 tangki simpanan kami dengan jumlah kapasiti melebihi 400,000 meter padu. Dengan prospek yang cemerlang untuk kestabilan dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang, syarikat ini mempelawa individu yang berkelayakan untuk memohon jawatan berikut yang berpangkalan di Kerteh, Terengganu:-

EKSEKUTIF TEKNOLOGI MAKLUMAT (IT)

Ringkasan Peranan Kerja:-

Bertanggungjawab untuk operasi, penyelenggaraan dan sokongan harian sistem dan infrastruktur IT KTSB, memastikan ketersediaan, kebolehpercayaan, keselamatan dan pematuhan yang tinggi. Menyokong operasi terminal 24 jam melalui perkhidmatan IT secara langsung, pengurusan infrastruktur, penyelarasan vendor dan tadbir urus operasi.

Tahap Kemahiran yang Dijangkakan:-

Kelayakan Minimum/Pendidikan

Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang berkaitan seperti Perakaunan, Kewangan, Pengajian Perniagaan, Ekonomi atau bidang berkaitan atau Diploma dalam Teknologi Maklumat, Sains Komputer, Rangkaian atau setaraf.

Pengalaman

Sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun pengalaman dalam ICT untuk pemegang ijazah atau 10–12 tahun pengalaman IT yang berkaitan untuk pemegang diploma, sebaik-baiknya dalam persekitaran terminal, perindustrian atau minyak & gas.

Pengetahuan & Kemahiran Khusus

• Operasi IT, pelayan, rangkaian, perkhidmatan awan dan kawalan keselamatan siber

• Pengurusan insiden, masalah, perubahan (MOC)

• Analisis Punca Akar / Analisis Kegagalan Punca Akar (RCA / RCFA)

• Audit dalaman & luaran termasuk pensijilan ISO

• Proses perolehan IT (PR, PO, pengesahan invois)

• Pengurusan vendor dan kawalan dokumentasi

• Kesedaran HSE dalam persekitaran operasi berbahaya dan 24 jam

Akauntabiliti Utama:-

Menyediakan sokongan operasi harian dan penyelenggaraan pencegahan untuk sistem IT, rangkaian, pelayan dan peranti pengguna akhir.
Bertindak sebagai penghubung sokongan IT utama untuk pekerja, kontraktor dan pasukan operasi. Mengekalkan lejar syarikat dan transaksi kewangan harian.
Melaksanakan kawalan keselamatan IT, pengurusan akses dan pematuhan dengan dasar IT syarikat.
Mengurus audit IT dalaman dan luaran, termasuk audit pensijilan ISO dan penjejakan tindakan pembetulan.
Melaksanakan pentadbiran perolehan IT termasuk pengumpulan PR, penyelarasan PO, pengesahan invois dan perhubungan Kewangan.
Mengurus dan mengambil bahagian dalam proses Pengurusan Perubahan (MOC) untuk sistem dan infrastruktur IT.
Menjalankan atau menyokong RCA/RCFA untuk insiden IT dan kegagalan sistem.
Menyelaras vendor dan penyedia perkhidmatan IT yang disumber luar.
Mengekalkan dokumentasi IT, daftar aset, garis dasar konfigurasi dan rekod pelesenan
Menyokong projek IT, naik taraf, migrasi sistem dan penambahbaikan infrastruktur.
Memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan HSE semasa semua aktiviti IT

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, and company website).
Monitor online sales performance, pricing, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
Process online orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely fulfilment.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally.

Marketing

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Create marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and promotional materials.
Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
Track and analyze marketing results and prepare simple reports.

Operations Coordination

Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
Handle and resolve order-related issues efficiently.

Customer Service

Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and e-commerce chat platforms.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

Who We Are Looking For:

Able to speak and write Mandarin and English. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, marketing, or customer service.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
