• Handling new user onboarding (documentation preparation, orientation/NDA, coordinating ID badges with security and hiring manager)
• Supporting mobile users (port-in/out, device orders, repairs, upgrades, eSIM)
• Managing telco changes or contract renewals(MSA), including migration project coordination
• Organising departmental events (planning, communications, budgeting, collections, payments, logistics, presentation materials, and post-event activities such as photo/video editing and surveys)
  
  
  Requirements
• Diploma in Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI.
• Basic experience with SAP and Ariba procurement processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile device management
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through in task execution.

Manage and Maintain IT Infrastructure:

• Oversee and maintain Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, Virtual Machines (VM), Azure Servers, NAS, firewall, and network devices including network switches, wireless access points, PBX (VOIP), NVR, CCTVs, door access face recognition devices, and printers.
• Collaborate with the Cyber-Security Engineer to manage the company’s Bitdefender endpoint security and to perform regular backups of all servers, ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Set up and configure to telecommunication systems, including VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), telephones, video conferencing systems, and other communication platforms.

Network Management:

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing network performance, including monitoring systems, responding to alerts, and resolving issues related to network speed, connectivity, and security.
• Perform routine network diagnostics to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and other network infrastructures.
• Ensure the proper configuration and operation of network devices, such as routers, firewalls, and switches.

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Global Admin), including the company’s SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other services within the admin center.
• Commission or decommission corporate accounts for employee onboarding and offboarding via the domain server and Azure Active Directory.

IT Purchases and Asset Management:

• Manage IT-related purchases and maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Oversee the commissioning and decommissioning of IT assets for employees to ensure efficient resource management.

Technical Support (L1 & L2):

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to resolve end-user requests and queries related to various technology issues.
• Offer support for end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and other company equipment.

Ad-Hoc Duties:

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support the overall IT operations of the company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related working experience.
• Experience with Networking, Network security, and User support.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL databases.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
