Position Overview

Saison International is seeking a visionary and operationally-driven Head/SVP of Information Technology. This critical leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the global technology strategy for the current Fiscal Year and over the Mid-Term. The Head/SVP will oversee a centralized tech organization while partner and matrix-reporting lines into regional entities, ensuring technology is a seamless enabler of business goals across all global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tech Leadership & Business Partnership (Matrix Reporting)

2. Global Operations & Functional Oversight

• Provide strategic direction and high-level functional management to the following domains within the Central Tech Functions:
  Business Support and Operations: Overarching responsibility for technology’s contribution to core business health.
  Infra/Network Support: Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of all global core infrastructure.
  Application Support: Guarantee optimal performance, maintenance, and user support for the enterprise application suite.
  Technology Transformation: Lead all major technological change initiatives, including system modernizations and digital transformations.

  Tech PMO: Provide executive oversight to the project management function, ensuring projects are prioritized, resourced, and delivered on-time/on-budget,
  Tech and Cyber Risk: Accountable for the overall security and compliance posture of the organization, managing tech risks proactively and responding to incidents.

3. PMO & Team Delivery Excellence (Strategic Oversight)

• While direct project work is managed by the Global Tech Team (e.g., PMO Leads), the Head/SVP is ultimately responsible for the portfolio's delivery success.
• Provide strategic guidance to the teams delivering key projects, including (but not limited to):
  AVP PMO: Ensuring delivery of Business & Ops-specific projects.
  Tech Risk: Directing the risk and compliance strategy for the whole organization.
  IT Ops (Infra/App): Validating operational stability and efficiency of support systems.

4. Team Development & Cultural Leadership

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive-level role (e.g., VP, SVP) within a complex, global organization.
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary, globally distributed technology teams of 50+.

Role Summary

This is a newly created role for a commercially driven, technically credible Project Sales Manager to grow our institutional and commercial security portfolio, including critical healthcare environments. You will lead opportunities from early engagement through shaping buildable solutions and ensuring a clean handover to our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design & Engineering
  Perform system design, reverse-engineering, and solution development for CCTV, Card access control, IVS, IP-based systems, PA, Intercom systems, Electronic Interface device and related.
• Produce or verify technical drawings, schematics, BOQs, integration and schedule plans.
• Provide engineering-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and proposal with recommendations and quotations.
• Alarm alert system, since as Panic Alarm, SMS alert with event logs and related.
• Fireman Intercoms, PA and PWD with comply to SS546 and other related.

Sales Leadership

• Drive business development: build a healthypipeline and relationships with consultants, main contractors
• M&E contractors, and end-users (FM / Security / IT).
• Own tenders end-to-end: review specifications, coordinate submissions, and lead clarifications.
• Lead technical solutioning throughout: propose practical architectures, equipment selections.
• Apply commercial discipline: quotations and costing, clear scope boundaries.
• Ensure smooth handover to delivery.

Commercial & Financial Ownership

• Prepare detailed quotations, tenders, material and costing.
• Manage variation orders, submissions and secure approvals.
• Raise invoices independently and liaise with customer accounts.
• Track project budget, gross profit and margins.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the single point of contact for client representatives including FM teams and consultants.
• Present technical solutions and progress updates clearly.
• Build trusted long-term relationships that protect revenue.

Quality, Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with BCA, ME04, WSH and hospital safety protocols.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and documentation.
• Lead handover to maintenance teams with preventive maintenance plans.

Required Experience

• Local candidates with strong sales experience in CCTV / communications background will be highly considered.
• Diploma or Degree in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar engineering capacity.
• Proven ability to design solutions, not just execute work plans. Experience managing critical facilities, ideally hospitals.
• Strong communication and customer-facing ability.
• Preferred Experience - Experience in healthcare environment
