About the opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager in Singapore to support our client which is a leading global investment bank. This role combines project delivery, PMO governance, analytics, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of projects, while leveraging data, reporting, and AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed.
• Partner with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to define project scope, coordinate activities, resolve issues, manage change requests, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring timely follow-up of actions, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Maintain PMO standards, governance frameworks, project documentation, and reporting processes across the project portfolio.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve project tracking, forecasting, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
• Monitor project KPIs, identify deviations from plans, and recommend corrective actions to support successful project outcomes.
• Capture lessons learned, best practices, and continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen project delivery capabilities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, or related roles.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholders, and project reporting activities.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital productivity tools is advantageous.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

An Account Manager is responsible for owning, growing, and nurturing client relationships to ensure long‑term revenue, customer satisfaction, and strategic alignment between the client’s needs and the company’s solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management: An AM serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and building trust. They maintain regular engagement to understand client goals, challenges, and expectations.

2. Revenue Growth & Upselling: They identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling, cross‑selling, and exploring additional service lines that align with the client’s evolving needs.

4. Solution Advisory & Problem Solving: They act as strategic advisors—helping clients maximize the value of the products/services, ensuring adoption, and providing guidance on best practices.

5. Coordination & Internal Alignment: AMs collaborate with product, finance, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless client experiences. They translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.

6. Performance Monitoring: They track account health metrics—usage, satisfaction, payment behaviour, revenue trends—and ensure proactive intervention when risks appear.

7. Contract & Commercial Management: Account Managers handle renewals, pricing discussions, proposal preparation, and negotiations to protect revenue and maintain profitable relationships.

The position is required to be based in Mumbai due to the city’s strategic significance as India’s financial capital and its concentration of high‑value business opportunities. 

Mumbai hosts the headquarters and key decision-making centers of major PSU banks, large corporates, NBFCs, fintechs, and global enterprises—making it a critical hub for client engagement and business development.

Job description

As a Security Engineer, you help protect network boundaries, keep computer systems and network devices hardened against attacks and provide security services to protect highly sensitive data like passwords and customer information. Security Engineers work directly with network equipment and actively monitor our systems for attacks and intrusions. You also work with software engineers to proactively identify and fix security flaws and vulnerabilities.

You are a recognized expert in at least two security domains and use your leadership skills to manage a team that sets the direction and goals for solving Google-wide problems. You identify fundamental security problems at Google and drives major security improvements in Google infrastructure.

As the foundational Security Engineering Manager for Google Vulnerability Rewards Program (VRP) in Singapore, you will lead a team of security and software engineers. You will scale our vulnerability handling capacity by architecting AI-driven agents for triage, reproduction, and automated bug fixing. Beyond operations, you will drive unified risk reporting and lead large-scale remediation projects to eliminate entire vulnerability classes across Google.You are a proven leader with a technical foundation and broad application security expertise—spanning web, mobile, API, and threat modeling.

Job responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of operational independence while collaborating closely with global leads in the US and Zurich to align on technical direction.
• Oversee the Singapore-based triage and remediation rotation, ensuring effective vulnerability reproduction, severity assessment, and bug filing for incoming security reports.
• Steer the strategic development of agents and infrastructure to automate vulnerability handling, triage, and conduct variant analysis to reduce manual workloads.
• Build and maintain a unified vulnerability analysis pipeline and dashboarding system to provide executive-level insights into emerging threats and program return on investment (ROI).
• Drive large-scale remediation efforts that eliminate entire classes of vulnerabilities across Google’s products and infrastructure.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
• Experience with the bug bounty lifecycle, including triage, severity assessment, and researcher community management.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience building or deploying automated tools (e.g., LLM-based agents) for security workflows such as triage automation or bug fixing.
• Experience driving large-scale security improvements and collaborating with product teams to remediate widespread technical issues.
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and a background in software security, particularly in vulnerability reproduction and variant analysis.
