The Manager/Assistant Senior Manager plays a key role in managing experiential learning courses within the MBA curriculum, including Launch Your Transformation and the MBA Consulting Project, while driving corporate outreach to source high-quality, real-world projects for students. We are looking for aProduct Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our regional express air freightand cross-border land transport products (Singapore–Malaysia). The successful candidate will be responsible for market-driven product definition, data-led performance monitoring, and continuous service improvement. This role is based in Singapore and follows fair and progressive employment practices.

Core Responsibilities

1. Product Lifecycle Management

• Market Monitoring: Track Asia-Pacific express air freight trends, Singapore-Malaysia land transport market share, and competitor activities to maintain product competitiveness.
• Standardised Product Definition: Continuously refine Asia-Pacific express air freight and Singapore-Malaysia two-way land transport services, defining clear Service Level Agreements (SLA), warehouse cut-off times, and customs clearance cut-offtimes.
• Customised Solutions: Develop differentiated bonded transshipment and door-to-door solutions for key industries, including high-tech semiconductor electronics manufacturing and express courier/parcel (CEP) services.

2. Product Process Monitoring & IterativeOptimisation

• Data-Driven Strategy Adjustment: Regularly assess market share and profitability of Asia-Pacific air freight and Singapore-Malaysia FTL (Full Truckload) & LTL (Less-than-Truckload) services. Adjust product configurations based on industry demand patterns (e.g., e-commerce, semiconductor).
• Process Bottleneck Improvement: Analyse lead time data to reduce total transit time by reorganising consolidation logic or changing customs clearance partners.
• Service Standard Iteration: Update the Product Operating Manual (SOP) based on customer feedback, complaints, and competitor benchmarks ,ensuring service standards remain industry-leading.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics product management, freight forwarding, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Asia-Pacific air freight and/or Singapore–Malaysia land transport operations.
• Ability towork with operational data (lead time, profitability, market share) to drive decisions.
• Understanding of customs processes for bonded transshipment (advantageous but not mandatory).

• Identify and approach potential clients within assignedterritories or market segment.

• Prepare and present comprehensive service proposals andquotations

• Respond to tenders and requests for quotations withinrequired time frames

• Negotiate contract terms within company guidelines

2. Client Relationship Management

• Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospectiveand existing clients

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly andprofessionally

• Collaborate with operations team to ensure smoothcompletion of contracts

• Collect client feedback and communicate to relevantdepartments

• May require occasional evening work for client meetings

3. Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Identify new market opportunities and potential serviceofferings

• Gather intelligence on pricing trends and customerpreferences

• Contribute to the development of sales strategies andapproaches

4. Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records in the company’s system

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports

• Document client requirements and contract specifications

• Manage sales-related documentation and filing systems

5. Key Account Management

• Personally manage relationships with major clients and keyaccounts

• Develop account growth strategies for existing clients

• Oversee contract negotiations for agreements

• Resolve complex client issues and ensure serviceexcellence

• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for key accounts

6. Strategic Planning & Reporting

• Contribute to the company's strategic planning process

• Provide regular reports to senior management on salesperformance

• Analyse competitive landscape and provide strategicinsights

• Represent the company at industry events and networkingforums

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM, VDC, and digital delivery initiatives across multiple construction projects. The role will be responsible for driving BIM implementation, developing digital workflows and standards, and supporting project teams to improve coordination, efficiency, and project outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage BIM, VDC, and digital delivery initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organisational standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve BIM execution strategies, workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Drive the adoption of digital construction methodologies, including BIM, VDC, IDD, DfMA, and related technologies.
• Oversee project BIM implementation and provide guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain BIM content, libraries, templates, and digital assets to ensure consistency across projects.
• Support project pursuits and tender submissions by providing technical BIM and digital delivery expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and technology partners to achieve project deliverables.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital construction innovations, recommending improvements and strategic initiatives where appropriate.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, coaching, and capability development programmes for internal stakeholders.
• Develop learning materials, standards documentation, and implementation guides to support organisational digital transformation.
• Promote collaboration across disciplines and departments to improve project coordination, productivity, and project outcomes.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and project delivery performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in BIM, VDC, IDD, Digital Delivery, or Construction Technology within the built environment sector.
• Proficient in Autodesk platforms, including Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related digital construction tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Common Data Environments (CDE), digital workflows, and information management.
• Familiarity with DfMA principles, construction methodologies, and project delivery processes.
• Proven experience leading BIM teams, driving digital transformation initiatives, and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence organisational change and drive technology adoption across project teams.
