Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, space management, loading/unloading, housekeeping, pest control, and safety. Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
Coordinate daily delivery schedules with BDU team & transporter.
To ensure all documentation and certificates are in order for audit anytime.
Lead, supervise, coach, and train warehouse and logistics teams to achieve productivity, safety, quality, and KPIs.
Ensure correct products and quantities are loaded for delivery.
Manage inventory control processes, including stock accuracy, storage transfers, aging stock.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
Go daily to the port to process custom file submissions. (if needed)
Monitor and update containers through the port system
Monitor loading and unloading of warehouses and ports (if needed)
Handle for import and export (eg K1/K2/K4/K8/K9/ZB1/ZB2 permits required for customs submission)
Experienced in EDI, Dagang Net and Port VGM submission
Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advices duty/tax amount upon enquiry.
Provide timely report and appropriate analysis
Ensure proper documentation filling and system update
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ transportation or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in forwarding Operation and well versed in Royal Custom procedure.
Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
Good command in English & Malay speaking (both written and oral)
Willing to work under challenging environment

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online retail.

Familiar with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, keyword research tools, and marketplace analytics dashboards.
Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp automation, WordPress, or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
