Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue financing opportunities within government, GLC, and PLC contract networks.
• Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process—from application to disbursement.
• Provide tailored financial advisory on Commerze Capital’s range of financing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing, accurate reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Represent Commerze Capital at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.
• Contribute to achieving company sales goals and business growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, SME banking, or B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of SME financing, supply chain, or trade-related financial products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

主要職責：

電子商務營運

• 制定並執行在 Shopee、Lazada、TikTok Shop 和其他平台上的有效市場策略。
• 管理和優化產品清單、定價和促銷活動，以提高曝光率、轉換率和銷售量。
• 協調庫存管理、訂單處理和物流，以確保無縫營運和成本效益。
• 監控店鋪健康狀況並解決商品上架問題，包括暫停上架、商品被屏蔽和商品目錄錯誤。

效果行銷與自動化

• 制定並執行以搜尋引擎優化 (SEO)、搜尋引擎行銷 (SEM) 和關鍵字廣告為重點的數位行銷活動，以提高產品排名和銷售量。
• 分析廣告活動成效（廣告支出報酬率、點擊率、每次點擊費用），並據此調整行銷策略。
• 利用人工智慧驅動的工具（例如聊天機器人、WhatsApp自動化）來增強客戶參與度和終身價值。

客戶關係管理與生命週期行銷

• 利用 FunnelKit、WordPress 和 WhatsApp 自動化等工具，制定和管理 CRM 策略。
• 設計並實施端到端的客戶生命週期行銷流程，以實現客戶留存和追加銷售。
• 監控使用者行為並細分受眾群體，以實現個人化體驗和再行銷活動。

內容與品牌

• 創作引人入勝、視覺效果出色的內容，包括模型、文案和影片宣傳影片。
• 圍繞重大促銷活動（11.11、12.12、假日）制定並執行行銷策略。
• 確保所有客戶接觸點的品牌形象和語調一致。

要求：

• 至少 3-5 年數位行銷、電子商務或線上零售經驗。
• 擁有 Shopee、Lazada、TikTok Shop 和其他電子商務平台的實際操作經驗。
• 熟悉搜尋引擎優化/搜尋引擎行銷、Google廣告、關鍵字研究工具和市場分析儀表板。
• 熟悉 CRM 工具、WhatsApp 自動化、WordPress 或同等行銷自動化平台。
• 精通英語和馬來語者優先考慮，會說普通話者更佳。
• 具備強大的數據分析能力和解決問題的思考方式。
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立工作和協作，包括遠端團隊協調。

Responsibilities :-

• Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of cost, schedule and quality
• Responsible for project cost control, project planning and implementation
• -Identity priorities and tasks and develop the organization structure to assure executions of tasks, by providing clear direction on methods, time frame and schedule to achieve the stated goals
• Ensuring project quality and identity risk management and develop mitigation plan
• Regular updating and reporting of project performance, progress and analysis
• Monitor performance indications and client contractual requirements
• Deeply involved in improving engineering and procurement to enhance competency
• Communicate with the client's representatives continuously regarding project progress and areas of concerns
• Establish beneficial partnership with customers, sub-contractors and vendor

Requirements :-

• Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 10 Years of management experience of project management
• Experienced in ground treatment works Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD), bridge works and others Infra works.
• Experience in ground slab construction process & piling works.
• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) process it is an advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding of project accounting
• Dynamic, resourceful, committed and result oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Autocad.
