Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Residential Designer & Project Manager to oversee the design and execution of residential projects from concept to completion. This role combines design expertise with project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Develop creative and functional residential design concepts based on client requirements
• Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and material selections
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and design documentation
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client expectations

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from design development to final handover
• Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution
• Communication informational briefs on design requirements to Senior Designers, inclusive of brief evaluation, design direction inputs and discussion.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans where necessary
• Coordinate periodic job-related photographs, measurements for records
• Review project with project installation supervisors and team and prepare for handover of project to client completed with client review and feedback and collect payment

Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Present design concepts and provide professional recommendations
• Manage client expectations, feedback, and approvals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by clients or projects.

Coordination

• Liaise with vendors and negotiate pricing where needed
• Track orders, deliveries, and installation schedules

Job Summary

The Site Manager / Site Coordinator oversees daily site operations to ensure architectural and interior works meet drawings, specifications, timelines, quality standards, and comply with Singapore regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules before project commencement to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Coordinate effectively with designers, architects, consultants (M&E, Fire, LEW, FSM), main contractors, and client representatives to align project goals and resolve issues
• Prepare detailed work schedules on a weekly and monthly basis to optimize manpower and material delivery planning
• Identify and resolve potential clashes among architectural, M&E, and structural elements early to prevent delays and rework
• Supervise all on-site works to ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, document findings, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Apply strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and architectural detailing to guide site activities and decision-making
• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately to support coordination and supervision tasks
• Communicate clearly and proactively with subcontractors and consultants to facilitate smooth site operations and timely issue resolution
• Apply familiarity with Singapore codes and site practices to maintain regulatory compliance and uphold safety requirements

Experience & Skills Required:
 

• Minimum 8+ years of experience, ideally in client-facing consulting or similar environments
• Strong experience applying GenAI within design processes and integrating emerging AI technologies into UX solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design, usability, and delivering end-to-end solutions rooted in Design Thinking
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-role workflows across mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, including managing design systems, structuring information architecture, and mapping enterprise-level user flows
• Strong rapid-prototyping skills to ideate, iterate, and validate concepts efficiently; (optional) experience with vibe-coding or lightweight front-end prototyping
• Experience working across sectors such as financial services, risk and audit, supply chain management, or customer engagement
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to translate requirements into clear, implementable design specifications
• Knowledge or training in emerging technologies and their application in modern product workflows
• A portfolio showcasing enterprise workflows, end-to-end case studies, and AI-driven product experiences (preferred)
• Experience guiding and supporting junior designers, helping shape their craft and elevating overall team quality

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Design Manager with a strong background in the design and fabrication of aluminum and glass facade systems. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge of facade systems and will be responsible for leading the design process from concept through fabrication. This includes managing detailed drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with architectural, structural, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the design of aluminum and glass facade systems to meet architectural, performance, and safety requirements.
• Assist the Design Director/Project Team in the development of system designs that comply with project specifications and performance criteria.
• Prepare and review design drawings, construction drawings, and fabrication/shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors during technical design discussions to resolve facade-related issues and obtain necessary approvals.
• Oversee and ensure timely delivery of design documentation throughout project life cycles.
• Manage internal design teams and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and code requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facade design, with a strong portfolio in aluminum and glass systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of Singapore design practices, BCA codes, and industry standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in dealing with clients and consultants.

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Design Manager cum Team Leader to strengthen our technical team. This is a full-time position, and it is perfect for someone with rich façade design knowledge and passionate about managing roles.

Job Responsibilities

· In charge of Design Team to carry out façade design works.

· Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.

· Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner, e.g., allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.

· Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements, specifications and within scope of works.

· Identify additional work/variations to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for processing/approval of the variation order.

· To coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.

· Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.

· Participate in workshops and lead, review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of the design is maintained throughout.

· Manage the design change process to ensure minimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.

· To resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various design phases.

Job Requirements

· Required skills: design development, design management.

· Knowledge and skills in Revit and Rhino are advantage, at least is able to read and extract information from 3D models prepared in Revit or Rhino format.

· Possess good communications and people skills

· Good organization, coordination and leadership skills

· Minimum 5 years working experience in façade design
