• Minimum 15 years of deep technical expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing ) or CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural Engineer) systems, with a focus on cleanroom and semiconductor environments.  

• Proven leadership in managing build teams and coordinating across engineering fields.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical topics visually, verbally, and in writing.
