As our Production Clerk & Shift Administrator, you will be the crucial link between our physical manufacturing floor and our digital systems. You are the operational heartbeat that ensures our production teams have the exact data, schedules, and materials they need to succeed every single shift!

What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities):

 Digital Production & Systems Control

• System Master: Take charge of critical data entry across our core manufacturing systems, including SAP, OPERA, and QI, ensuring all production metrics are logged with 100% accuracy.
• Production Scheduling: Assist in organizing and maintaining production schedules so our factory lines run seamlessly without interruption.

Reporting & Material Reconciliation

• The Daily Pulse: Prepare and distribute the Daily Operation Report, giving plant leadership a clear snapshot of our manufacturing performance.
• Shiftly Audits: Perform critical shift-by-shift reconciliations of packaging and raw materials. You will be our first line of defense in spotting variances and ensuring material accuracy.
• Receiving Tracking: Closely monitor, track, and document all daily receiving activities so the production floor never runs out of what they need.

The Cross-Functional Hub

• Information Relay: Act as the central communication hub on the floor. You will actively provide accurate data, reports, and updates to cross-functional departments (like Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering) to keep everyone aligned.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Education: A minimum of an SPM or Diploma qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience working as a data entry clerk or in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
• Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable with computers and data entry. (Bonus points: If you have prior experience using SAP, you will have a major advantage!)
• The "It" Factor: You have a keen eye for detail, you love making the numbers balance, and you communicate clearly and confidently with team members across different departments.
