About the Role

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to support the bank’s credit risk management function. This role will be responsible for credit assessment, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting, ensuring all credit exposures are managed in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with both front-office and back-office teams, playing a key role in maintaining asset quality and supporting prudent risk decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform credit risk evaluation on corporate clients, including review of credit terms and conditions prior to facility drawdown
• Monitor credit exposures, repayment behaviour, and compliance with approved terms and covenants
• Identify potential risk issues and recommend appropriate mitigation measures in line with the Bank’s risk framework
• Prepare and submit risk management reports (e.g. credit risk limits, RWA, asset quality and portfolio reports) in a timely manner
• Support implementation of risk policies and guidelines from Head Office and local management
• Participate in drafting and updating credit policies and procedures
• Prepare reports in Business Chinese for submission to Head Office, including regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS610)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across front and back office to ensure smooth processing of credit and trade-related transactions
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Accountancy or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in credit risk / credit analysis within banking
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management principles
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS returns) will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of global financial markets, industry trends, and macroeconomic environment

Role Summary

The roleleads the finance function hands-on, works closely alongside the team onconsolidation, close cycles, and compliance matters, and supports the CEO andExecutive Chairman on investor-facing and Board-level finance requirements.

This role suits a qualified,hands-on finance leader who is technically sharp, governance-minded, andcomfortable rolling up sleeves with the team. The right candidate takes genuinepride in a clean close, a well-controlled ledger, and a well-prepared set oflisted-company disclosures.

The Group Financial Controllerrole also carries genuine progression potential. Upon confirmation, the GroupFinancial Controller will be formally designated as an Executive Officer ofVin's Holdings Ltd, with the associated disclosure and accountabilityobligations under the SGX Catalist Rules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting, Consolidation & Statutory Audit

•       Prepare consolidated financial statements across allnine entities in accordance with SFRS(I) and internal Group policies.

•       Own the monthly, half-yearly, and annual closingcycles, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled reporting.

•       Lead the annual statutory audit process across all nineentities, serving as primary counterpart to the external auditors; drive theaudit to timely and clean completion, with the bulk of audit activityconcentrated in the six operating entities.

•       Oversee management reporting, MIS, and KPI dashboardsfor the CEO, Executive Chairman, and Board.

•       Lead results analysis and variance commentary for Groupand subsidiary performance.

2. SGX Catalist Compliance, Annual Report, AGM & SustainabilityReporting

•       Ensure Vin's compliance with the SGX Catalist Rules,including continuous disclosure obligations.

•       Prepare half-year and annual financial resultsannouncements for review and release.

•       Lead preparation of the Annual Report, working with theCEO, Executive Chairman, and external advisors.

•       Lead preparation of the annual Sustainability Report inline with SGX Catalist requirements, including stakeholder materialityassessment and climate-related disclosures.

•       Coordinate AGM preparation, including financialsections, resolutions, and shareholder materials.

•       Monitor and report on Interested Person Transactions(IPTs) in line with Catalist requirements.

•       Track and report on IPO proceeds utilisation.

•       Prepare Audit Committee and Board finance papers;attend AC and Board meetings as required.

•       Support the CEO and Executive Chairman on engagementwith sponsors, external auditors, and registrars, with the Group FinancialController executing the technical and documentation workstreams.

3. Internal Controls & Internal Audit

•       Design, maintain, and continuously strengthen theGroup's internal control framework.

•       Enforce segregation of duties, authority matrices, andapproval workflows across all finance-sensitive processes.

•       Lead fraud risk assessment and prevention protocols;champion a culture of financial discipline and escalation.

•       Lead the annual internal audit cycle with Vin'sappointed internal auditors, including scoping, coordination, and remediationtracking, under the direction of the Audit Committee.

•       Ensure all internal and external audit findings aretracked and closed within agreed timelines.

•       Serve as an independent check within the executiveteam, with the judgement and willingness to escalate matters of concern.

4. Treasury, Cashflow & Banking

•       Manage Vin's treasury operations and day-to-dayliquidity position.

•       Own Group cashflow forecasting, working capitalmanagement, and debt covenant monitoring.

•       Lead banking relationships across the Group, includingregular engagement with Vin's principal banking partners.

•       Monitor existing credit and banking facilities; managerenewals, amendments, and compliance reporting.

•       Drive new banking facility discussions and negotiationsalongside the CEO and Executive Chairman, including preparation of banksubmissions, financial projections, and negotiation of terms.

5. Budgeting, Forecasting & Finance Support

•       Lead the Group's annual budget cycle and rollingforecast process.

•       Translate financial performance into clear managementreporting and commentary for the CEO and executive team.

•       Support business units on financial informationrequests, budget tracking, and variance discussions.

6. Systems, Processes & Continuous Improvement

•       Drive improvements in financial processes, reportingstructures, and controls as the Group scales.

•       Partner with the Technology team on ERP and financesystem implementation, enhancement, and integration work.

•       Standardise workflows across entities and reducereliance on manual processes.

•       Establish scalable, well-documented finance processesthat support future growth.

7. Tax & Regulatory

•       Oversee Group tax compliance, planning, and transferpricing arrangements.

8. Team Leadership & Capability Building

•       Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team; workalongside the team on technical matters and close-cycle delivery where needed.

Candidate Profile

Essential

•       Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore, CPAAustralia, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent recognised professional accounting body).This is a regulatory requirement for the Group Financial Controller of an SGXCatalist-listed issuer and is non-negotiable.

•       Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience,including at least 3 years at Financial Controller or Senior Finance Managerlevel.

•       Experience in a listed company environment (SGXpreferred), or with strong exposure to listed-company reporting and disclosure.

Ensures accurate books and records to support business decisions, and for statutory reporting, and managing operations and accounting as information repository for Family Office.

Work Activities   

Review of operation + Report generation

• Review payment lists and expense records (in excel templates)
• Upload records to accounting system
• Bank reconciliation for expense and cash balances against reports in accounting system
• Maintain records in accounting system
• Generating various expense report, Expense budget variance reports, Cashflow reports, weekly cash reports

Accounting for financial, tax and statutory reporting

• Preparing financial statements for entities and for consolidated Family Office
• Preparing GST assessments for payments to/refunds from IRAS
• Preparing tax information and reports for tax reporting
• Preparing financials for statutory reports
• Ensure that all statutory and internal deadlines are met for reporting purposes.
• Assisting with yearly budget forecast and periodic budget updates.

  Collaboration with other parties

• Meeting info requests
• Managing and reviewing operations processes as part of internal controls
• Liaise with tax agents and external service providers

Qualifications and skills

• Experience from Big 4 accounting firms, fund service provider, or in-house finance department
• Bachelor in Accounting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different parties
• Well versed using MS Office and accounting systems

Location: Marymount

Duration: 6 months contract (convertible subject to business needs)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday,9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Salary: Up to $7500

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Managing Director in risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, including audits and risk mitigation initiatives
• Handle financial operations including transfer pricing, tax compliance (CIT, GST, WHT), financial reporting, and liaison with auditors under GAAP/IFRS standards
• Manage customer credit risk, accounts receivable, and collections while handling disputes and maintaining strong client relationships
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, banking matters, procurement, and invoice processing (SAP)
• Support contract review, pricing management, and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards
• Prepare monthly reports, performance analysis, and provide business insights to support decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis to drive operational efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,or a related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance controlling, GL accounting, or finance business partnering within a multinational environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules); familiarity with transaction codes such as FBL5N, FS10N, and cost centre reporting is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and transfer pricing principles.
• Experience across cost centre controlling, MEC/YECcycles, credit management, and financial reporting.
