The Site Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company HSE standards. The role involves supervising on-site operations, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a safety-first culture throughout the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work at Construction Site
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and relevant legislation.
• Implement and enforce safety plans, risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
• Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk control audits.

About the role

As a Project Supervisor (M&E) at Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction projects at our Penang-based worksites.
