Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract administration for major construction projects.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Lead claims management, including variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolution (ADR/arbitration/litigation).

• Ensure compliance with FIDIC, NEC, and Singapore standard contract forms and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and Singapore construction contracts.

• Proven experience in claims and dispute resolution.

• Professional certifications preferred (MRICS, CIArb, PMP, CIPS, etc.).

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Track record in Singapore projects (e.g., MRT, airport, high-rise, infrastructure).

• Established network with local contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors' work progress on site according to the project schedule to ensure timely completion
• Lead a team of inspectors to manage incoming, in-process, and finished goods issues promptly and systematically
• Check material quality and workmanship to meet project targets and quality standards
• Assist the project engineer in supervising daily site operations and coordinating structural and architectural works
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractor activities and resolve supplier and subcontractor issues on site
• Ensure site safety by implementing and enforcing safe work procedures to control risks
• Manage and supervise daily operations of a team of migrant workers on site
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid BCSS certificate
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in main contractor companies, preferably with experience handling large HDB projects
• Familiarity with local standards, project implementation processes, and building codes

Responsibilities:

PROJECT OPERATIONS SUPPORT

• Manage Project Management team to perform the work in a timely manner with strict adherence to quality and safety
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure schedules are met
• Attend site meetings as per agreed frequency
• Ensure that both subcontractors and own project team present a professional approach consistently throughout the duration of the project

MEETINGS

• Conduct Client kick-off meetings for assigned projects
• Conduct internal meetings for assigned projects
• Prepare and attend pre-construction meetings with Business Development and Operations team for assigned projects
• Conduct Client project update meetings for assigned projects as per agreed frequency

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and verify subcontractor proposals for assigned projects during the award stage and ensure that such proposals are not open ended
• Ensure compliance to cost report submission
• Negotiate subcontractor deductions for project non-compliance and breaches
• Strict Compliance to key legal obligations
• Ensure that Client contract obligations to subcontractors are clearly flow through and followed strictly
• Ensure Project schedule management
• Ensure Project cost and budget management
• Defect rectification progress, particularly during the handover stage

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer the filing and archiving of project documentation
• Submit project progress report for Management Review

I. Strategic Planning & System Development

Develop Overall New Media Strategy: Formulate annual/quarterly operational strategies, content directions, and marketing channel strategies for new media platforms based on the company's business development goals and market positioning.

Platform Layout Planning: Build a new media matrix, identify key operating platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Account, Video Account, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, official website, etc.), and develop differentiated operational strategies for each platform.

Budget & Resource Allocation: Establish new media operating budgets and reasonably allocate promotional expenses and human resources.

II. Content Planning & Production

Content Strategy Development: Plan a compelling thematic content system by integrating brand tone, product characteristics, and user needs.

End-to-End Content Management: Oversee the entire content production process, including topic planning, copywriting, graphic design, video shooting and editing, live streaming, etc.

Multi-Format Content Delivery: Ensure the quality of various content formats such as copy, images, videos, H5s, etc., while maintaining consistency in brand visual presentation.

Trend Tracking & Capitalization: Closely follow industry and social trends, promptly plan relevant content to enhance brand exposure.

III. Platform Operations & User Growth

Daily Operations Management: Responsible for the daily maintenance of various new media accounts, including content publishing, fan interaction, comment management, private message handling, etc.

User Growth & Community Operations: Develop and execute fan growth plans, build fan communities, and increase user activity, engagement, and loyalty.

Private Traffic Development: Promote the accumulation of private traffic by converting public traffic into private domain users.
