Responsibility

• Participate in weekly meetings and presentations to align on project updates and objectives.

• Prepare and generate technical reports to document findings, performance, and improvements.

• Support on‑site installations and troubleshooting, including diagnosis and tool performance enhancement.

• Act as a liaison between customers and business units, ensuring solutions meet technical and operational requirements.

• Execute process optimization, yield enhancement, and productivity improvement projects to drive efficiency.

• Manage new tool acceptance qualifications and recipe editing, with flexibility to perform ad‑hoc shift work when required.

• Drive after-sales quality tasks and drive product improvements
• Lead Product Quality Circles with sustaining teams, platform leads, and HODs
• Serve as central coordinator and support for improvement teams
• Manage escalations (NPI or customer-related) in after-sales
• Join customer quality calls and task force meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional quality circles, lead documentation, escalation and customer communication.

• 3 years of relevant working experience and knowledge of project management / quality tools
• Strong understanding of reliability methods (DFMEA, SPC, 8Ds) and semiconductor manufacturing
• Experienced in quality methods, data analysis, and continuous improvement
• Able to drive improvements and navigate company structure with multiple interfaces
• Knowledge of product-related processes (design, engineering, SCM, production)
• Familiar with cleanroom protocols (Class 10/100) and semiconductor workflows
• Proficient in MS Office for analysis, reporting, and presentations
