What You’ll Be Doing
Support Clients with Confidence
- Provide support for our ERP and business software solutions by assisting clients with system-related questions, issues, and requests
- Respond to support calls, messages, and tickets in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Guide clients on system usage, basic troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Follow up on outstanding matters to ensure proper closure and clear communication
Troubleshoot and Solve Problems
- Investigate, test, troubleshoot, and document reported issues
- Work closely with internal teams to identify root causes and recommend next steps
- Escalate issues to the development, project, or management team when needed
- Assist in verifying fixes, updates, and enhancements before communicating back to clients
Keep Systems Running Smoothly
- Support routine system checks and maintenance activities to help ensure stable performance
- Assist with testing and validation when updates, bug fixes, or enhancements are released
- Help track recurring issues and highlight areas where improvements can be made
- Support occasional weekend duty or support arrangements when required
Stay Organized Behind the Scenes
- Prepare and maintain support records, issue logs, reports, and documentation
- Assist with internal support coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Ensure support cases are properly documented for tracking and future reference
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks that help the team run smoothly
Work as One Team
- Collaborate closely with support, project, and development teams to deliver accurate and consistent support to clients
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows, support quality, and internal processes
- Help create a positive and professional support experience for clients across different industries
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Alternatively, Higher Nitec or above in IT or equivalent qualifications
Skills & Qualities
- Eager to learn and grow in a software support role
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Positive attitude, patience, and a service-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and also collaborate well in a team
- Comfortable handling both support and administrative responsibilities
- Willing to support operational needs, including occasional weekend duty when required
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with ERP systems or business software
- Exposure to troubleshooting software or system-related issues
- Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or technical support
