Our mission in the Product team at Xplor Education is to empower our team members to think deeply and solve problems in ways that prioritise customer experience while delivering business value. We solve problems that combine experience, behaviour, compliance, ethics, pedagogy, policy, business, and technology. You will encounter problems that are based on very well-defined user experience patterns, and problems that require an open mind and a creative touch.
Reporting into the Director of Product, you'll be working end-to-end on the product development lifecycle and work on opportunity spaces that range from big hairy undefined problems, all the way down to small experiments. Measuring the impact of your decisions along the way.
Some of the other responsibilities include :
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to release and iteration.
- Implement data-driven strategies to measure success in various ways that ensure customer success and our business goals.
- Communicate our product vision, roadmap and releases to stakeholders and the wider business.
- Test, plan and release new features and products and iterate quickly.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders in engineering, commercial and the wider Xplor business.
- Identify and quantify the value of existing and new opportunities to help contribute to future initiative planning.
- Contribute to the setting and adherence to project timelines and work capacity planning within the product and design teams.
- Help maintain our Customer Feedback channels such as NPS, Feature Request Voting and App Store Reviews.
For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.
