Job Summary
The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia seeks an Administrative Assistant to deliver efficient administrative and office support by managing correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting embassy staff in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, phone calls, and official correspondence to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations that meet embassy standards and support decision-making.
- Maintain filing and office record systems to ensure organized and accessible documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events to optimize staff time and resource allocation.
- Provide general administrative support to embassy staff to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion to protect embassy interests.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
