We’re looking for a Post Production Coordinator to keep our post pipelines running cleanly across multiple projects at once. You’ll work with post-house partners and freelance vendors across the region, building relationships and ensuring deliverables land on time and on spec. It’s a hybrid role. Alongside the coordination work, you’ll edit on simpler projects yourself, mostly social content, and corporate or branded work when the schedule allows. This is a full-time, permanent position. You won’t just keep things running, you’ll look for better ways to run them, designing and improving how post works at Weave as we grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Coordinate post-production timelines across multiple projects, keeping deliverables on track with partners and clients
• Act as the main point of contact with post house partners and freelance vendors across the region
• Build and maintain a strong network of post-production partners for future collaboration
• Work closely with the production team and support client-facing conversations when needed
• Edit social, corporate, branded, and TVC content when needed, working independently from rough cut to final delivery
• Identify gaps in our post-production workflow and design better processes, tools, and systems to improve how the team works WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience coordinating post-production across multiple projects, managing timelines, vendors, and deliverables
• Organised and reliable when it comes to managing vendor relationships and coordinating across time zones
• Solid editing ability, comfortable cutting social and corporate content independently from rough cut to final delivery
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro. DaVinci Resolve for colour work is a strong plus.
• Good post-production knowledge across the full pipeline, from offline edit through to delivery
• Self-directed and able to manage your own workload without hand-holding
• A systems thinker who spots inefficiencies and builds solutions, comfortable working independently and shaping processes rather than waiting to be told
• Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and calm under deadline pressure
• Based in Singapore (hybrid), or open to fully remote for the right regional candidate
NICE TO HAVE
• Comfortable with simple motion graphics, After Effects or equivalent is welcome
• Experience working on government campaigns or enterprise-level productions
• An existing network of post-production vendors or freelancers in the region
• Comfortable working in a lean team where you wear more than one hat
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
A collaborative team that takes the work seriously but doesn’t take itself too seriously. You’ll have real ownership over how our post pipeline runs, work with a mix of clients and content types, and be part of a studio that genuinely cares about the craft. No layers of bureaucracy. Just good work, good people, and room to grow.
