Reporting directly to the CTO, the group to play a strategic and cross-functional role in shaping the future of cloud capabilities within the business unit. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that align with the group’s vision of becoming a cloud and AI powerhouse.

Responsibilities

Research and Development

• Continuously scan the market for bleeding-edge cloud technologies.
• Engage and stay updated with key technology partners (e.g., AWS, Google, Oracle, Microsoft, Elastic, RedHat) on developments in their technology stack.
• Collaborate with professional services, presales, and managed services teams to assess the applicability of new technologies across the group
• Shortlist and recommend technologies to develop into Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Lead POC and R&D projects to completion, evaluating their adoption within business units.
• Drive the adoption of viable technologies across the group and its customer base.

Change Management and Capabilities Development

• Be the change agent driving the digital transformation of group into an AI and cloud powerhouse.
• Develop, track and plan the overall capabilities development of the group aligning with long-term strategic goals.
• Document staff capabilities, including tracking certifications and competencies across various cloud technologies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and partner requirements.
• Leverage partner programs for training, certifications, and rebates to enhance team competencies.
• Plan and manage resource allocation, including considerations for outsourcing and partner collaboration.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

• Prepare strategic presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting progress, partnerships, financial plans, and technology direction.
• Track and report on cost savings, training progress, and certification achievements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, GCC).
• Experience working in the corporate arm of an organization, with the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, managing vendor relationships, and driving change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI, data platforms, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, cloud governance, and innovation management.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are advantageous.

We are representing our client, a local church organisation to look for an experienced pastor to lead and develop an overall plan and strategy for the Church’s missional discipleship identity that is in line with the Church’s mission, vision and core values. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage church-wide local/overseas missional outreach and evangelism efforts and activities.
• Design, plan and implement an administrative system for engaging and following up with contacts and newcomers.

Requirements

• A mature disciple who shows evidence of a growing relationship with Christ Jesus through spiritual disciplines.
• Possess formal theological training (eg Master of Divinity/Master of Theology/Master of Arts).  
• Has good experience in managing/leading both local and overseas missions.
• Strengths and experience in leading, planning and implementing evangelism and outreach ministries and initiatives.
• Possess a gift of evangelism, with a passion for proclaiming the gospel and discipling others to do so through living out Christ’s love in their daily lives.
• Strong ability to engage and inspire people to proclaim the gospel and reach out to the people in their lives.
