Key Responsibilities :
• Execute business development and sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, pipeline goals, and KPIs.
• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers across startups, SMBs, and enterprise businesses.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and client discussions to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain and manage sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies, industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications :
• 1-5 years of experience in Field Sales/Technology Sales/Business Development/IT Services Sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic professional with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
• Comfortable with frequent client visits, field meetings, and travel as required.
