We are looking for a Design Associate who is eager to learn, enjoys working with details, and is excited to be involved in the journey from concept to creation.
This is a entry-level position with direct mentorship and on-the-job training. No prior jewelry experience is required.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare design presentations and technical packs for production
Prepare client-facing design materials and presentation layouts based on completed CAD designs
Organize design references, mood boards, and project documentation
Assist the founder with design development and creative projects
Prepare files and information for production partners and designers
Support day-to-day studio operations when required
Who You Are
Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply
Design-related education or experience is a bonus, but not required
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working with visual layouts and presentation materials
Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Bonus If You Have
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Rhino, Blender, or other design software
