Project Costing

• Prepare and monitor project costing and overview of profitability
• Commissioning and Handover
• Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN, M&E works and etc
• Conduct handover inspection with client and obtain endorsement
• Complete defect rectification works promptly
• Collate and submit As-Built Drawings and Fire Safety Certificate to client / landlord / building management
• Submit progress payment claims/Variation Orders

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

• Experienece in Project Management /Engineering /Design /QS
• Relevant experience in similar leadership role preferably in interior design/construction industry/Internal Fitting Out - Healthcare Projects , Office and Commercial Fit out Projects
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to lead the overall operations of the team

Key responsibilities

Key duties

• Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications
• Identify issues and escalate to Project Management well ahead of time
• Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
• Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
• Responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Surface Preparation: Remove old tiles, clean, level surfaces, and apply waterproofing materials.
• Measurement & Planning: Measure and mark surfaces, follow blueprints, and calculate layout for accurate tile placement.
• Cutting & Installation: Cut, shape, and lay tiles using hand/power tools and adhesives (mortar, mastic, glue).
• Finishing & Grouting: Grout joints, clean excess grout, and polish surfaces for a polished, finished look.
• Quality Control: Ensure tiles are aligned, level, and that all patterns match specifications. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like tile cutters, wet saws, levels, and trowels.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring, cutting, and placing tiles for a high-quality finish.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of heavy lifting, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
• Certification: Valid CSCS card or equivalent may be required for construction site work.
• Experience: Previous experience in construction, specifically in trade-related tiling.
