Job Description

(a) To transport materials using company vehicle and other duties that may be assigned to you.

(b) To carry out routine maintenance of company vehicle ensuring that it is in good working condition at all times.

(c) To carry out daily routine cleaning of company vehicle ensuring that it is good working condition at all times.

(d) Ensuring the concrete deliver to site is in required slump and strictly no other material is added.

(e) Strictly compliance site safety rules at all times

**Basic Salary cum Attractive Trip Wages and Incentives

Requirement:

• Class 4 driving license
• Experience in driving big vehicle
• On Job Training will be provided

Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming material documents checking;

2. Prepare Monthly Stock Movement for raw material &diesel;

3. Issue PO/PR for truck & machineries parts forConcrete Plant;

4. AP invoice verification;

5. Handle worker & drivers time-sheet, incentive andprocessing summary;

6. Handle & liaise with HR on worker hiring,resignation, work pass renewal & course renewal;

7. Prepare Daily Production, Booking Report & MonthlyReport

8. Ad-Hoc Admin Duties related to fixed assets & roadpermit. 

Requirements

• At least a N Level / O Level / Diploma
• 2 years related working experience
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines
• Competent in MS Office, especially Excel
