Job Scope

I)          Perform, set-up and operate the CNC Lathe machines and rubber molding machines

II)         Perform inspection of machined parts

Qualification And Experience

I)          Relevant qualification in Precision Machining

II)         Relevant experience in operating CNC Lathe machine, preferably with familiarity in MasterCam and machining of seals from plastic

III)        Able to read and interpret blueprints

IV)       Able to use precision measurement instruments

Position : Customer Service Officer

Reporting To : Sales Manager

Location: Tuas

Working Hours: 7.30am to 4.50pm, 5 days work week

Job Scopes:

• Administer sales enquiry, quotation, order entry to invoicing including processing of order return and purchase order.
• Co-ordinate with purchasing, logistics and warehouse to arrange shipment to customer / vendor.
• Monitor orders and communicate order status to customers.
• Ensure on time delivery and provide full set of required documents to customer promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and all order management processes are in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure all invoice vouchers are matched and credit note are filled in proper order.
• Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

1. At least ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service role
3. Proactive and prompt response
