Job Summary
This part-time administrative role supports Motoserv’s growth by managing recruitment, staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. You will collaborate with Management to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to the company’s expanding automotive services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and conduct interview scheduling to attract qualified candidates for Motoserv outlets
- Manage comprehensive staff records and execute onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively
- Track employee attendance and leave data accurately to support operational planning and compliance
- Collaborate with outlet managers to address HR-related matters and facilitate workforce coordination
- Process payroll for Motoserv staff, including attendance, overtime, and commission calculations using Adaptive Pay system
- Generate payslips and ensure timely submission of CPF contributions for Motoserv employees
- Administer payroll and CPF processing for K-tech Auto Academy staff, maintaining accuracy and compliance
- May assist for keying in double entry for Motoserv outlet in Moneyworks system
- Support accounts team with basic admin tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles supporting recruitment, payroll or employee relations
- Familiarity with payroll systems, with Adaptive Pay experience considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow up on HR tasks independently
- Comfortable coordinating and communicating effectively with multiple outlet teams
