Shipping Executive
· Coordinate and manage export shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements and timelines.
· Prepare, verify, and ensure timely submission of all export shipping documents.
· Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient export shipments.
· Manage customer communication on order status, shipment updates, and any issues or delays.
· Handle chargeable and non-chargeable consumables orders for end-user customers
· Liaise with PSI on consumables inventory levels.
· Handle inbound enquiries via hotline for consumables and service support.
REQUIREMENT
· Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in export coordination, logistics, or customer service.
· Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
· Good understanding of export documentation and shipping processes.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Prior experience in sales administrative support duties is preferred.
· Able to work late during month end.
