Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for staff and workers, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
Handle CPF contributions, submissions, and related matters
Prepare and submit IR8A and other annual tax reporting
Manage full HR lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding
Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records
Handle work pass administration (application, renewal, cancellation)
Maintain proper HR documentation and employee database
Support and advise employees on HR-related matters and policies
Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and company policies
Liaise with external parties such as government agencies (MOM, IRAS) where required
Support training coordination and HR initiatives
Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
Strong experience in payroll processing, CPF, and IR8A submission
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
Experience in construction industry is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Independent, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 1 years of relevant HR / Admin experience
Familiar with work pass and payroll processes preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Independent, proactive, and able to multitask

Oversee the coordination of day-to-day operation in the precast concrete activities
Responsible for overall delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution
Preparation of precast shop drawings for precast (PC) component monitors the progress of coordination and settlement of all discrepancies and issues relating to drawing between team members and clients' relevant representative
Liaises with clients, suppliers and related authorities on project-related issues
Requirement:
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore
2-3 years of relevant experience
Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels
