We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of user experience (UX/UI), and practical knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to build and optimize high-performing websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites aligned with brand guidelines
Maintain and update existing company websites
Optimize website structure, layout, and content for SEO performance
Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Improve website loading speed and overall performance
Work closely with marketing and content teams to implement campaigns and landing pages
Conduct basic keyword research and apply on-page SEO techniques (meta tags, headings, alt text, etc.)
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in web design or related field
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
Good understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar
Strong sense of design, layout, and typography
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Experience with website builders (e.g., Elementor, Webflow, Shopify)
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
Understanding of conversion optimization and landing page design
Experience in digital marketing or content strategy
