Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring our event concepts to life through compelling visuals. This role blends hands-on design execution with creative leadership, ensuring our brand identity shines across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Key Responsibility
- Event Branding: Design stage visuals, event collateral, and digital campaigns that embody Flash Concepts’ bold identity.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with producers, strategists, and project managers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Mentorship: Support and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of experimentation and growth.
- Innovation: Incorporate motion graphics, interactive media, and emerging design tools into projects.
- Sustainability: Apply eco-conscious design practices aligned with our values.
Required Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality design assets
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in event branding, experiential design, and digital campaigns
- Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Preferred Competencies and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in events, experiential marketing, or creative agencies.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling through with business objectives in design execution
- Collaborative spirit and mentoring mindset.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
