Position Overview:

The Financial Controller is a key executive responsible for guiding the company’s financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and supporting significant business growth. The Financial Controller will work closely with the Acting CEO/ COO and the board of directors to ensure the company's financial health and strategic objectives are met.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):   

• Lead financial planning and commercial evaluation of regional expansion initiatives, including viability assessment, risk analysis, and market entry strategies.

• Coordinate closely with headquarters in Japan on the implementation of group policies, financial frameworks, and strategic initiatives, including regular reporting and alignment discussions conducted in Japanese.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accountancy, or possess an accountancy professional qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or other equivalent) with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in accounting or financial analysis to create and improve financial operational processes.
• Have a good understanding of Investment banking, Custody, Debt Capital Markets, and Flow/FX businesses and the processes around them.
• Have good communication skills– both written and verbal, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with senior business partners, resolving problems cross-functionally across departments and regions.
• Solid knowledge of local accounting standards, regulatory MAS and tax reporting.

Position Summary

Role Overview:

We are looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will conduct heuristic and usability evaluations, plan and execute end-to-end user testing, and translate findings into actionable insights on customer needs and pain points. You will design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized across multiple devices and interfaces, while identifying design challenges and crafting thoughtful, effective solutions.

Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless UI/UX execution throughout the development process. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in UX design for digital products, strong research and analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Familiarity with agile methodologies and strong communication skills are required. Candidates with more than three years of experience may be considered for a senior position

Job Duties

• Deliver UX and heuristic/usability analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques.
• Conduct end-to-end user testing. Plan, recruit and report using qual and quant (where possible) to provide high value insights into the customers’ needs and pain points.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web and mobile application.
• Proven record of the Product UX designs.
• Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
• Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
• Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
• Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
• Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Candidates with more than 3 years experience will be considered for senior position.

Senior AML & Fraud Technology Consultant (Actimize – Banking Domain)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly specialized AML & Fraud Technology Consultant with deep expertise in Actimize solutions and financial crime compliance within the banking sector. The role involves supporting and enhancing transaction monitoring, screening, and fraud detection systems in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance AML Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Detection systems
• Work on Actimize platforms (SAM / CDD / Screening / IFM) across on-premise and cloud environments
• Perform rule tuning, optimization, and false-positive reduction
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on KYC, CDD/EDD, and regulatory requirements
• Manage payment and name screening systems (SWIFT / Fedwire or similar)
• Participate in system upgrades, UAT, and production support activities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory and audit standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (or related field)
• 15+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Actimize AML / Fraud solutions
• Strong experience in Transaction Monitoring, KYC/CDD/EDD, and Screening systems
• Prior experience working with banks in Singapore or APAC region
• Experience in rule tuning, optimization, and regulatory compliance
• CAMS certification (mandatory)
