Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is strong on strategy and direction.

Campaign Strategy & Lead Generation

• Develop and own digiDations' digital marketing strategy across LinkedIn, paid media, and email; collaborate with the internal team to generate creative concepts for web channels and lead generation across all platforms

• Plan and brief campaign concepts, including content themes, messaging frameworks, and audience targeting for internal team executio

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

• Set and track marketing KPIs including brand reach, engagement rate, lead quality, and pipeline contribution

• Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements for the team

Brand & Content Strategy

• Define and maintain digiDations' brand voice and messaging positioning in the cybersecurity space

• Oversee LinkedIn channel strategy, content pillars, posting cadence, and audience growth

• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in areas such as content ideation, ad copy drafting, keyword research, and campaign analysis

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and cybersecurity industry developments

SEO Support

• Conduct keyword research to support SEO and content planning

• Work with the team to optimize website pages and landing pages for search visibility

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Sales team to align marketing output with go-to-market priorities

• Manage external agencies or vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency

• Work closely with the internal marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation outcomes

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Job Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of owning strategy
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and LinkedIn as a business development channel
• Experience managing or overseeing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Proficient with campaign tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or HubSpot
• Comfortable working with cybersecurity or technical products and translating complex topics into compelling messaging

• Familiarity with APAC markets and a proven ability to navigate diverse business cultures across the region

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and execute comprehensive testing of our  security products, including functional, performance, automation, and security testing.
2. Analyze product usability and identify potential risks from an end-user perspective, providing structured feedback and actionable suggestions for product enhancement.
3. Collaborate closely with product and development teams to gather, clarify, and validate testing requirements from user stories and business needs.
4. Develop and maintain complete test documentation, including test requirement analysis, test cases, test plans, test execution records, and test summary reports.
5. Utilize industry-standard testing tools to conduct functional, performance, and security tests, ensuring product quality and compliance with security standards.
6. Develop and maintain automated test scripts, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and generate automated test reports to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with the ability to independently manage testing for a project from start to finish.
2. Proficient in Python for scripting test automation and building testing utilities; experience with Allure or similar reporting frameworks is required.
3. Strong practical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, including environment setup, troubleshooting, and shell scripting.
4. Familiar with mainstream testing tools such as Postman, LoadRunner, JMeter, Selenium, and Playwright, with the ability to select the appropriate tool based on testing needs.
5. Ability to design test strategies, write clear and detailed test cases, and execute them systematically with strong documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

1. Core Development: Develop, iterate, and maintain frontend features for security products, ensuring high-quality delivery.

3. Technical Contribution: Participate in frontend technical discussions and solution design. Help build and maintain a stable, scalable, and maintainable frontend architecture and write clear technical documentation.
4. Performance & UX Optimization: Continuously optimize application performance, page load speed, and interaction fluidity to enhance the end-user experience.

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. 1+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 6 months of hands-on production experience using Vue 3 and the Composition API.
3. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
4. Solid understanding of core Vue ecosystem tools such as Vue Router and Pinia (or Vuex).

2. Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS products. Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, cloud security, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
3. Familiar with end-to-end product development processes. Strong user insight, requirements analysis, and product design skills, with the ability to independently create PRDs and prototypes.

3. Technical background with an understanding of common development frameworks, API design, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), or automation tools.
4. Experience in product planning and execution for Southeast Asian or global markets.
