We are looking for a Customer Experience & Process Optimisation Manager  to join our Client, Growth & Strategy Team, supporting our Contact Centre in enterprise initiatives, audits, and transformation programs. 

The Customer Experience & Process Optimisation Manager is accountable for improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and fraud outcomes across Call Direct and Fraud Operation. The role owns customer experience design by leading business analysis and process improvement capability, owning workforce planning, reporting, telephony optimisation, and driving consistent operational standards across the contact centre. Responsibilities for the role sitting across 4 key areas 

1) Customer Experience & Process Optimisation

• Analyse, map, and redesign client and customer-facing processes to reduce friction and improve service delivery outcomes 

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end customer journey maps to identify and address pain points across all contact centre touchpoints 

• Translate customer, client, and team feedback, complaints, sentiment analysis, and client effort scores into actionable insights 

2) Workforce Planning & Performance Management 

• Own workforce planning across forecasting, scheduling, and resourcing to support service demand and efficiency targets 

• Provide specialist advice to Fraud Operations leadership on workforce planning and capacity management 

3) Operational Improvement & Change Delivery 

• Maintain and support the Contact Centre Improvement Program, including prioritisation and progress tracking   

• Identify operational inefficiencies across workflows and workforce models and design targeted improvement initiatives  

• Define and implement structured process optimisation approaches across manual and automated processes 

• Document, execute, and track process improvement plans through to measurable benefit realisation  

• Deliver regular operational performance reporting against SLAs with clear insights, trends, and recommendations tailored to audience needs 

4) Technology, Telephony & Automation 

• Lead operational ownership of contact centre telephony tools, ensuring configuration and performance  

• Develop and maintain telephony design, flow, and call routing documentation 

• Identify and support automation and technology initiatives that improve efficiency and fraud outcomes.  

• Contribute to future technology investment planning and business continuity planning for contact centre platforms 

About You 
You bring hands-on experience improving contact centre customer experience and operational performance, with strong capability across process design, workforce planning, and performance reporting. You are comfortable owning complex contact centre initiatives end to end, working with Fraud Operations, technology teams, and senior leaders to deliver measurable service, efficiency, and fraud outcomes.

• Extensive experience working within contact centres, multichannel operations, Financial services or similar fast paced and ever evolving environment. 

• Sound knowledge of business process modelling and workflow documentation 

• Proven experience in project and change management analysis, data performance and or business analysis, process improvement, or data analysis. 

• Strong analytical skills, quickly understanding complex concepts and translating them into actionable insights 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualisation tools

The recent acquisition of Indue is an important step in Cuscal’s growth journey. By combining strengths, we will help more Australians access fast, secure, and innovative payment and regulated data services, ensuring they can bank and transact with the institutions they know and trust. As such, we are looking for a Program Finance Manager to join the integration Program team which oversees the successful integration of the two businesses to become better together.

This is a Maximum Term Contract opportunity through until March 2028. 

As the Program Finance Manager, you’ll be embedded within the integration program and be accountable for driving financial oversight, governance, and strategic insight across all phases of program execution. Reporting directly to the Program Director, the role ensures that financial planning, cost tracking, and synergy realisation are tightly integrated with program milestones and decision-making.

The role supports the Integration Management Office and workstream leads by providing actionable financial analysis, maintaining transparency on integration costs, and enabling informed decisions that align with program objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Strategic Oversight & Governance: 

• Governance & Reporting: Supports ongoing governance processes and provides regular updates to the Program Leadership, Steering Committee, and Sponsors. 
• Dashboard Reporting: Prepares and presents monthly performance dashboards, highlighting key metrics, trends, and variances. Ensures reports are clear, accurate, and provide actionable insights. 
• Develops strategies and systems to meet Program objectives, targets, and budgets as relevant 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Workstream Leads and other Program stakeholders to align financial outcomes. 
• Decision Support: As a key member of the Integration Management Office (IMO), contributes to strategic decisions and milestone planning. 

Synergy Realisation & Cost Management: 

• Synergy Goals: Develops and monitors synergy targets across workstreams, ensuring they are realistic and achievable. 
• Performance Monitoring: Reviews and analyses monthly financial activities for the Program, including detailed assessments of month-to-date (MTD) and year-to-date (YTD) performance. 

Financial Planning & Analysis: 

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Leads financial planning cycles, including rolling forecasts and variance analysis. 
• Business Case Modelling: Supports sensitivity analysis and financial viability assessments for integration initiatives. 

Operational Execution: 

• Program Delivery Support: Provides financial insights and reporting to support program milestones and completion activities. 
• Reconciles project related general ledger accounts and assists the Fixed Assets Accountant with capitalisation of project assets 
• Identifies opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings where possible 
• Manages as appropriate and escalates financial risks as per governance frameworks. 
• Provides financial impact analysis for any Change Requests for the program.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Credit Risk to join our Financial Risk team on a 12-month maximum term contract, to support in the strategic reporting of Financial Risks.

The Senior Analyst will support the Senior Manager Market Risk and Head of Financial Risk in the strategic reporting of Financial Risks to internal stakeholders, ALCO, and Board. The Senior Analyst will develop and maintain business requirements documentation for all reports and implement/develop analytical solutions and apply Machine Learning and AI for deep insights

You’ll also make an impact by: 

Risk Data & Reporting 

• This role has responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective management practices over risk data, allocated systems and reports, including:
• Effectively and efficiently enable Risk to meet statutory and regulatory reporting obligations and produce management reports to support data driven decisions
• Lead the development and implementation of a suite of financial models, dashboards and reports to uplift Risk capabilities
• Establish and maintain standardised data hierarchies to facilitate consistent analysis linking risk results to internal/external drivers
• Maintain a robust control environment over Cuscal’s financial risk data
• Support the Head of Financial Risk and the Senior Manager Market Risk in maintaining Policies and Procedures for the collection, storage, structure, analysis and sharing of financial data
• Automate processes end-to-end and facilitate robust and reliable insight and analysis

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration 

• As the systems support several stakeholders and company initiatives, embedding effective stakeholder management and collaboration practices within the Data and Strategic Initiatives team is a key part of this role
• Test the accuracy of the newly designed and implemented solutions.
• Monitor the accuracy of the required output.
• Work closely with the business for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Utilise data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance risk management practices.
• Produce quality, concise and accurate risk and compliance reports using risk data and insights to management, committees, and the Board.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to foster a data-driven culture.
• Oversee and deliver key data governance projects on time and within scope.
• Work closely with data analyst and reporting teams to ensure data is readily available to produce accurate and timely delivery of reports.

Other accountabilities

• Perform scenario/stress tests to inform risk settings and assist in risk model validation activities.
• Deep experience in regulatory reporting and compliance related to treasury risk. Remediation and transformation uplift requiring:
  • Treasury System knowledge (e.g. Murex, Calypso etc)
• Project management skills (problem solving, requirement analysis, business process improvement)

• Ability to build relationships, engage and influence senior management and key stakeholders on risk-related matters, communicating complex topics in simple, understandable terms.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective workplace relationships.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and be able to demonstrate sound judgment.
• Proficient in executing change management activities.

We are looking for a motivated, Accounts Payable Manager, to join our dynamic Financial Operations team on a 12-month maximum term contract!

Your Opportunity 

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for delivery of a range of financial processing services for Cuscal related entities to key stakeholders in line with Cuscal policies by, ensuring the day-to-day activities associated with processing of supplier invoices and external contractor, client, regulatory or contractual payments are actioned timely and accurately.

You’ll also make an impact by:

• Ensuring payments, credit notes, and refunds are processed in compliance with financial policies, controls and procedures
• Facilitating internal transfers, international, ad hoc or urgent payments
• Approving and release payment files
• Monitoring accounts to ensure timely payments
• Ensuring prompt resolution of internal/external supplier queries
• Attending to or escalate internal/external supplier issues
• Reviewing and approve vendor details and maintenance of vendor database
• Ensuring appropriate approvals and delegation of authority assigned/obtained
• Co-ordinating administration of Corporate Card, staff expense reimbursements, travel, cab-charge and corporate bank accounts

The Acquiring team @ Cuscal is responsible for building products to drive seamless payment experiences for our clients across card present, mobile, web and in-app. Our advanced payment processing platform ensures seamless handling of various payment methods, while our reliable infrastructure and technology that integrates with our client’s systems enables businesses to accept payments with ease. Additionally, we take measures to ensure the security of every transaction, allowing our clients to have confidence in every transaction.  

Reporting to the Head of Acquiring, the Product Manager’s role is to drive the strategic vision for the product and be accountable for product performance and P&L.  Product Managers are the ‘voice of the customer’ to internal stakeholders and ensure their needs are met and will partner closely with the product owner and squad to deliver on the product roadmap. 

About the Role: 

• Drive the commercial success of Cuscal’s Acquiring products.    

• Identify growth opportunities in new market segments and new payment methods (including emerging acceptance types).  

• Translate strategy into clear product direction, roadmap intent, and go‑to‑market stories.   

• Shape and lead product narratives in partnership with Product Marketing.  

• Initiate and lead conversations with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.   

• Work closely with delivery‑focused product leaders to turn outcomes into execution - without owning day‑to‑day delivery.  

• Help build Cuscal’s Acquiring profile internally and externally as the business scales. 

About You: 

You are a commercially minded product leader who enjoys building and scaling platform products. You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, engage confidently with stakeholders, and bring energy to fast‑moving environments where progress matters. Strong candidates will have:  

• A strong commercial instinct, with the ability to identify opportunities and act decisively.  

• Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within payments, financial services, banking, or technology. 

• Experience working on B2B infrastructure or platform‑based products, where scale, reliability, and integration are core to the value proposition.  

• Demonstrated capability in shaping product strategy and go‑to‑market narratives, beyond backlog management. 

• Confidence engaging with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.  

• A curious mindset and the ability to learn quickly, with deep acquiring knowledge able to be developed over time.
